We are regularly purchasing HDPE and Gum tape [Packing Material ]. My query weather e-Sugam is applicable for above products..?, if not applicable, can anyone please provide me the notification or any source documents for this... Advance thanks for this query...

For receipt of goods from outside the state, there are 22 items listed for using e-sugam in the latest notification. In that, packing material is not listed.
