Applicability of caro

21 February 2013 My Client is a closely held public limited company (not Pvt Ltd) satisfying all the conditions as stipulated for Pvt Ltd Company under CARO

I would like to know whether CARO is applicable to the company & if applicable the how?

Please confirm, as you says, that it is closely help public company but not private limited company.

Please suggest what is on your company MOA & AOA.

Its public limited or private limited.
