Applicability of as 3 cash flow statement

21 September 2012 Our company is subsidiary of US listed company. Because our parent company is listed in US whether Cash flow is applicable to us ?

Except above fact with all other aspects we are SMC in India.

23 September 2012 I am also of the same opinion. But not getting any basis to substantiate this. Can you help me locating any opinion/AS interpretation to justify this ?
