I have Query regarding Comprehensive AMC.... We have received a bill for Comprehensive AMC of BOOM BARRIER.. The Agreement states that it is full Comprehensive however it is also mentioned in the contract that the spare parts provided are free... should we consider this as non comprehensive or are we liable for service tax under RCM??? Pls Reply its Urgent.
