Hi everyone, I am CA Final Student having my attempt in Nov 2011 . I am a bit confused whether the following will become effective and be applicable for the Nov 2011 exam 1. Goods and Service Tax(GST). 2.Direct Tax Code(DTC). 3. Companies Bill 2009.
