2)Goods and Service Tax(GST)
3)IFRS,Indian AS
4)Cost Accounting Standards

Are there any changes/amendments from nov 2011 attempt to may 2012 attempt?

NO... GST, DTC, IFRS, IAS, Cost AS, are not applicable to may2012 IPCC exams...
