13 November 2011 Dear experts,

After passing the order by Income Tax officer, I filled a appeal to commissioner appeals. Commissioner Appeals gave me some relief. Income Tax officer now gave me fresh order as per Commissioner Appeals order. Now i want to file appeal to income Tax Tribunal. My query is

a) What is the time limit for filling an appeal to Income Tax Tribunal?
b) What is the basis of calculation of fees and under what section I can pay fees online
c) Against which order I have to file appeal i.e. against original order or new income tax order received or against commissioner order.
d) Whether i can file appeal to commissioner Appeals against income tax officer's fresh order.

Kindly suggest me.

Thanks

14 November 2011 # against the order of CIT appeal should be filed with in 60 days from the date of order shought out.

# such appeal should be in prescribed Form,.

# appeal should be acompany by a fee of Rs. 1000.

# definetly it should be filed against that order ,by which you are not satisfied.
