Is FBT applicable in a case of a Private Limited Company having no employees(except Whole time Directors) Further is FBT applicable for all expenses or Director specific expenses? What happens in a situation wherein the Private Limited Company is under a statutory obligation of appointing a Whole-time Company Secretary?

1. FBT Not applicable if No salary to any employee including directors. 2. FBT applicable to all expenses. 3. Fbt shall be liable bcoj salary is to be paid to WTCS, and he is an employee of the company.
