I am Holding a ***Pvt.Ltd Company*** in Kolkata.
Presently I am Planning to offer a Self-Management Course.
Did I need any other certificate other than Trade License as I am Already registered under company act-1956(1 of 1956)?
Can Fee regarding that Course be decided by Organization?
Please help!!!

26 September 2011 Pl. check the OBJECT clause of your company's MA, if not included then modification per provisions prescribed under Companies Act need to be followed. It would help you out to determine whether company can undertake such activity being a business activity or not in usual course of its business.
