06 October 2009 Can we upload all document like, Balance Sheet, Proft & Loss Account, Auditor Reports..ect. attahced in Annual Return without signature .

06 October 2009 YES.

It is allowed. You may write Sd/- with the name of person and upload the same.

But it is advisable to have the documents signed by the requisit person later on and filed accordingly.

06 October 2009 Dear Mr Garg,

I am very much interested to know the sections or anything specific under which this is allowed, as nowhere we can consider an unsigned Final accounts and audit report for any statutory perpose.

Fo far I know Sd/- means the original already signed by the person named.

Common practice is to upload the scanned copies of the signed documents.

06 October 2009 Dear Sanjay,

Mr. Ankur is absolutely right bcz it has been specifically mentioned in the instruction kit of the relevant Eform just to reduce the capacity of Eform.

for any further query revert back.

Thanks & Regards

06 October 2009 Agree With Ankur Sir,

07 October 2009 Thanks Vandana for support. My answer was also based on the instruction kit.

My Best Regards to You, Sanjay and Manmohan.

12 October 2009 Ankur sir is undoubtedly correct and there is no second opinion on Vandanaji.
S/d Means signed and if u dont write s/d- you can take it signed physically and scan it.

In second option, it will exceed the required space while uploading.

If you directly convert the files by writing s/d- it will be with in 2 mb which is with in the maximum file capacity
