Can we upload all document like, Balance Sheet, Proft & Loss Account, Auditor Reports..ect. attahced in Annual Return without signature .
I am very much interested to know the sections or anything specific under which this is allowed, as nowhere we can consider an unsigned Final accounts and audit report for any statutory perpose.
Fo far I know Sd/- means the original already signed by the person named.
Common practice is to upload the scanned copies of the signed documents.
Mr. Ankur is absolutely right bcz it has been specifically mentioned in the instruction kit of the relevant Eform just to reduce the capacity of Eform.

Ankur sir is undoubtedly correct and there is no second opinion on Vandanaji. S/d Means signed and if u dont write s/d- you can take it signed physically and scan it.
In second option, it will exceed the required space while uploading.
If you directly convert the files by writing s/d- it will be with in 2 mb which is with in the maximum file capacity
