Dear Expert, I am filing Annual return of a Private Company for the year 2014-2015. AGM was held on 30/9/2015. If the shareholders had transferred their share during Aug 15. Do I require to Submit Shareholders list as on 30-9-2015 or as at 31-3-2015.
