AS PER SEC 159 IT MUST BE SIGNED BY TWO DIRECTORS BUT IF ONLY ONE IS PRESENT THEN IT CAN BE SIGNED BY ONE DIRECTOR BUT ATTATCH THE CLARIFICATION WITH THE ANNUAL RETURN

What if clarification is not attached and signed by only one director and also submitted the same?
