As per the provisions of Section 92 of the Companies Act 2013, MGT 7 shall be filled within 60 days from the date of Annual General Meeting And as per Section 136 of the Companies Act Form AOC 4 shall be filled within 30 dauys from the date of Annual General Meeting.
