Form 23AC and Form 23ACA are governed by companies Act, 1956. But as per MCA circular from 1st April, 2014 Companies Act, 2013 will be applicable and no such forms for filing Balance Sheets and Profit & Loss are made available in the site. When is the form expected to come and will there be any relief provided to the companies who couldnt file the Annual forms within the 30 days from the Annual General Meeting
