03 August 2014 what is the purpose for this money? if this is money received from a relative (as defined in section 56(2)) then it is not taxable.

if it is received from any other person or for consideration of some work or in relation to sale of any capital asset or right, then it shall be taxable.

04 August 2014 if it gift recd form relative then make gift deed and no taxable.

if you are working in india and amount for that rec from dubai then its your income and taxable in your hand.
