Sir I am a private medical practitioners. I used to submit my itr return in itr 4 form.I want to Know the limit of how much crash in hand that I can show in return for A-Y 2018-19.

A Crash in Hand or a fracture in hand are part of medical terminology. Here the reply is in relation to Cash in Hand. There is no restriction as such for showing cash in hand -provided you are maintaining Prescribed Books of Account and/or having proper explantion in this regard whenever asked by the department.
