what rate would be applicable under amnesty scheme of service tax for fy 2011-12 for restaurants servicing both foods beverages and having Liquor License also?

30% of total amount shall be taxable @10.3%. refer notification 34/2011 for the same. However, no CENVAT shall be allowed against the same.
