Salary (annual) 108,000
Dividend from MF 13,500
Dividend from Shares 2,900
Dividend re-invested 1,500
UTI RBP dividend declared as bonus & added to investments 250,000
Bank Interest 255,000
Postal Interest 27,000
I am a senior citizen above 60 years of age.

Yes sir, you have to file the return as the limit for the Senior Citizen is Rs 250000/- only.

If your income before availing exemption u/s 10 and deduction u/ch VIA exceeds minimum exemption limit in your case Rs.250000/- you have file return before due date...in your case your income exceeds such limit, so you have to file your return..
