Dear sir, in our case object clause of the company is changed.change is done by adding a new object in addition to the existing and the change cause change in the industrial activity of the company.New activity and name of the company is not matching. whether it is necessary to change the name of company otherwise it will cause any problem or not. our existing business is construction and selling of building. in additiion to that we are planning to start an information technology based methods and portals to exchange, lease properties and provide a platform for property deals for our company and outsiders . an early reply is expected
