whether intt. paid on late payment of vat, t.d.s. and service tax is allowed in pgbp or not.?? whether late filing fees is allowed or not???

Deduction of interest paid on vat, sales tax is allowed as deduction and interest on tds will not be allowed. Furthur if fees paid for late filing is not in nature of penalty than the same will be allowed as deduction
