our pvt ltd comapny decided to give sales incentive to MD in the month of June.Rs.50 lakh for the financial year 2009-10.
My doubt is that can this expenditure is allowable since TDS is not pid as on 31-May-2010

TDS can be deposited on or before 30.09.2010(ie due date of filing of return), and if so deposited the expense can not be disallowed for non deduction of TDS.
