19 June 2017 Can a company pay stamp duty on allotment of shares before actual date of allotment.
E.g. : company will allot shares on 21/05 and has paid stamp duty to govt of haryana on 13/05. Is it a valid entry as per Companies Act, 2013?

it is with the assumption that the allotted shares would get paid up.
