14 April 2010 Is there is any time limit within which a company can allot shares on conversion of warrants into equity shares.

14 April 2010 Presuming that u r talking about a listed company. As per ICDR regulation it is mandatory for a listed company to convert the warrants into equity shares with 18 months of allotment of original security (warrant).

Check regulation 75 of ICDR regulations.
