My company is a Pvt Ltd company & issue right shares to existing share holders. Whether we have to file AIR for the same.

30 December 2013 In my view AIR information to be submitted only in case of listed companies. Others views also invited.

Thanks for reply but in Rule 114 it is specified to file AIR by company issuing public or right issue so can it be covered in that case.
