purchased agri. land worth Rs : 1042500/- on 22-6-2008 and sell it on 15-7-2008 worth rs : 1620000/-, profit arose worth Rs : 577500. Nature of profit short term or long term capital gain ? Exemption u/s 54-B is also applicable on short term capital gain or not ?
