Can any one please tell me wt are the contents to be mentioned while leting house for rent to a factory.in agreement.for their employees

The lessee also agreed to pay 3 months’ rent in advance as caution money which will be refunded to the lessee at the time of vacating the said apartment.
NOW THIS DEED WITNESSETH AS FOLLOWS: 1. That in pursuance of the rental agreement, the Lessee has truly paid Rs. ................../ - (Rupees .................................................. only) inclusive of caution money by cash/cheque to the Lessor as advance on ................................., 2011 and the Lessor have acknowledged the receipt of the same. 2. That the Lessee will not cause any damage to the interiors or exteriors of the above said building intentionally or otherwise. That the Lessee will not disturb the neighbors or cause any nuisance or louder - noise while he/she is staying in the building.
