Is it compulsory to hold AGM in case of Private ltd. Company?

Further I also request you to guide me that what r the other provision in company law applicable to pvt. ltd. company which are related with the finalization of accounts?

As of the second part you need to refer to a standard book for guidance or visit a senior who is engaged in the practice to help you. It is a lengthy commentary of events, facts, law and statute.

28 May 2010 As per section 166 holding of AGM is mandatory for every company.

Kindly read section 209, 210, 211, 212 for finalisation of account knowledge. Also refer schedule VI of companies Act, 1956.
