Sir, can we consider Sunday As an AGM due date For example our AGM should be held before 30 September and 30 September is a Sunday so can we fix due date 30 September and i know AGM can not be held on Sunday sir resolve my query as soon as possible

Under the new Companies Act, 2013 AGM can be held on Sunday (provided the day is not a national holiday). This is applicable after 1st April, 2014.
