28 November 2009 Suppose,Date of Incorporation was 15th Jan 08 and first AGM was held on 15th April,09.
My query is what should be the date of 2nd AGM as per law and what should be the difference of period between two AGM date

28 November 2009 The interval between any two annual general meetings must not be more than 15 months. This requirement is in addition to that one annual general meeting must be held in each year.

Date of 2 nd AGM should be before July 15, 2010.

28 November 2009 The 2nd AGM should not be held after 15 Months from the end of the 1st AGM. And not after 6 months form the end of the Financial Year.
