13 October 2009 WHAT IS THE TIME LIMLIT FOR ADJOURNED MEETING OF AGM?

13 October 2009 Hi,

Adjourned AGM should be held within the statutory time limit.
If you fail to hold Adjourned AGM with in the original time limit then there may be violation of section 166 or section 210.

I KNOW THE SAME, ACTUALLY I WANT TO KNOW -
IS TI TRUE SO THAT TIME UNDER SEC. 166 I.E. 15M OR CALENDAR YR, W.E.EARLIER.
BUT FOR ADJOUNED MEETING IT IS W.E. LATER
