06 July 2014 Can AGM be conducted on SundayAs in companies act, 2013 it was specified that companies can't conduct an AGM on national holidays prescribed by the CGIs Sunday a national holiday ?????Thanks in ADVANCE

24 July 2014 As per my understanding even in CA 2013, an AGM cannot be convened on Sunday. Kindly refer section 96 of the Companies Act, 2013.
