Aggregate turnover of preceeding financial year is pan base on pan No. or GST No.
if two firm with same pan situated in different states UP. AND DELHI
which is aggregate turnover for both firm
example:-
Up's firm turnover is. 50000
Delhi's firm turnover is 50000
now aggregate turnover for both firms
100000 or 50000, 50000 ??

Dear CA Rashmi mam, in GST law define aggregate turnover as pan wise and include transfers b/w two gstin having same pan.
Meaning thereby turnover is to be calculated pan wise and not state wise...
Please correct if I am wrong..

Yes agreed wih ashish garg.
Sorry i also read the defination it says that you have to calculate turnover pan wise.....
So you have to take 100000 in above case.
