Request letter for share transfer is received by company on 13.08.2008 alongwith a Transfer deed dated 11.08.2008 and which is approved in the board meeting of the Company held on 14.08.2008 ( which is already prescheduled for appointment of Additional Director) and notice of this Meeting is given on 07.08.2008. in the agenda of notice transfer of shares are not included can anyone tell me that company is legally eligible for transferring the shares in that prescheduled meeting. Please resolve my query at the earliest its urgent
