I have already enquired with the icai colaba mumbai. they simply say that there is no such provision and unless the icai site declares it, they wont take any admissions. is this a rumour that a student can directly take admission in ipcc after completing his t.y.b.com. please help

ICAI has proposed the same. But as of now, you have to take admission to CPT. Unless the ammendment is approved by the houses of parliament, it wont come into force.
