30 January 2011 Affidavit is sworn statements which are made knowingly well about the things.

The following statement is written at the end of an affidavit :

"The above is true and correct to the best of my knowledge and belief."

In normal circumstances; it can't be cancelled.

.

If generally it could be cancelled; there would be no meaning of making affidavits.

.

So far I have not seen a case when an affidavit has been cancelled.
