We have received a notice u/s 156 for non payment of advance tax an amount of 50,200. The department is asking to pay the amount by 15.3.2014.But we have already having the TDS amount of 65200. The Tds amount is more than the 90% of the net estimated income. Please suggest me to how to response to this notice
