09 September 2015 a person who is senior citizen having income from house property is liable to pay advance tax?

10 September 2015 Senior Citizen:

Age - 60 yr but below 80 yrs.- Upto 3 lakhs - No tax.

Age above 80 yrs. - All such income including House Income - upto 5 lakhs , no tax.

In above relation , he should pay advance tax , if tax liability is more than 10000/-
