22 July 2017 supposed we paid advance & local traveling exp to our empolyee. gst applicable under RCM basic 9(4) in CGST act?

22 July 2017 When you paid advance for expense it means it is reimbursement of expenditure. And GST is not applicable on reimbursement of expenses
