16 September 2010 Can we Adjust CST liabilty from Input Tax Credit availaible? Please answer for Delhi, Chennai, Mumbai,and Bangalore.

16 September 2010 as per my knowledge, you cannot adjust the CST against Input Tax Credit. let us get some more experts view.

16 September 2010 Chennai/Bangalore- Input credit VAT cannot be adjusted with CST, as you said VAT on capital goods can be adjusted with output VAT subject to some conditions
