Is there any option for construction companies to adjust CVD of Customs duty against Service tax payable. Plese provide me the clear information regarding this.
Thank you for your reply to my query and my another doubt is "What is the time limit for utilisation of CVD Credit against Service Tax?". Is it 2 years @50% each year, Please reply.
