while analysing balance sheet for bank loan purpose, whether secured loan to the wholly owned subsidiary will be reckoned while computing adjusted net worth?

If you are analysing the Standalone Balance Sheet, Yes this will be considered as an asset and be reckoned for computing adjusted net worth. While on onsolidated basis this will get eleminated on consolidation of accounts.
