We are using natural gas by gas pipe line for production process. The gas company charges vat 10% against Form-D in UP VAT, We want to adjust the tax against VAT Payable it is possible please tell me.

Mr LK Sharma, I have just replied to a query with respect to use PNG in a manufacturing process in UP. If you are speaking from UP then it is allowed. If the same gas is used as fuel of a captive power plant it is not permitted. MJK
