I am writing final exams nov-14 at the time of exam application i mentioned my old address now recently we are changing accomdation now there is any way to change my address so i can receive marks list to my new address please tell me.

Send a request letter to ICAI in this regard . . you are recommended to contact nearest regional branch or call icai regional branch and get their advice
