Additional vacancy to a CA to train a article for his excess leave

I have excess leave of CA articleship of 68 days. I want to serve this period under other CA in practice. But vacancy to keeping article under his individual capacity as per ICAI norms is full. May ICAI provide him to train a article for his excess leave period?
