Additional stamp duty payment

This query is : Resolved

15 April 2012 Respected Experts,

I am into the process of Incorporating a new company...
After filling the forms, I got a query under the head "Waiting for user clarification"

They asked me to file form no-67 stating that blank pages should be deleted from AOA.

While submitting the Form 67,
They ask me to give details of Additional Stamp duty..

Why I have to pay it?
How much should I pay?
How to pay it?

Please Help

15 April 2012 In normal cases we don't have to pay any stamp duty in such type of correction except the stamp duty paid in lesser than the required.

Better to visit ROC and get the clarification.

15 April 2012 But they demand SRN of additional(differential) stamp duty...

Can I file form without payment of the same leaving that field blank?

15 April 2012 Yes you can. first check whether you are required to pay any additional stamp duty. if you are sure that every thing is correct and no need to pay additional stamp duty then only file the form.

15 April 2012 Sir,
Is there any mechanisam to check it online?

15 April 2012 Hi

I will suggest you to please check whether you have filed Form-1 with a correct authorised share capital, also check you have any additional stamp paper attached with Form-1.

While u file Form-67 please check they demand any capital requirement or not.

Finally, i I will suggest you to visit personally to MCA official.
