Additional Director appointed u/s 161(1) of Company Act 2013 will be Rotational Directors u/s 152(6)(a) or Non Rotational Director u/s 152(6)(b) ??????

an addtional director is a one director who shall hold office up to the date of the next annual general meeting or the last date on which the annual general meeting should have been held, whichever is earlier. so non rotational
