Can Anyone tell me that if the company is appointing an Additional Director in its board Meeting then can the Directors give the additional Director the authority for doing some work in the same meeting in Director Capacity to him?

First pass the resolution for appointing him as an Additional Director and then in the same meeting you can pass a resolution delegating powers to him.
