Sir,
Capital Work -in -progress ( Microfinish pump ) was acquired during the FY 2011-12. But due to strikes and lock-outs it could not be installed. So is it eligible for claiming additional depreciation. An early reply from your end is expected.

when it is comes in put to use.if its in 11-12 then add. dep. can be claimed in 11-12
