one of my claint do ads/ road shows of companies on contract basis and receive amount from those companies along with Tax deduction. u/s 194j. he receives 17,50,000/-(seventeen lakhs Fifty thousand) and tds of rs.1,75,000/- was deducted. Is this business comes under Business income or Professional Receipt. and is it need to be audited u/s44ab?
