Case: Incorporation of JV in Soth Africa. One Director of Foreign partner holding shares. After that he retire and transfer all his shares to indian two partners. After that one new foreign partner appointed and transfer some % of shares to that foreign partner by both indian partner. Whether it is consider as Full/Partial acquition of a foreign concern as per Form ODI, section B ?
